By downloading, installing, or using StoreBase ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the independent developer of StoreBase ("Developer," "we," "us").
2. End User License Agreement (EULA)
2.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
Remove any proprietary notices or labels
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
2.3 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned exclusively by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use StoreBase. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Description of Service
StoreBase provides business management tools including:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
5. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately at admin@storebase.tech of any unauthorized access or security breach
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
6. Subscriptions & Payments
StoreBase offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings at Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use StoreBase to:
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business data
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or servers
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Impersonate any person or entity
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this section.
8. Business Data & User Content
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into StoreBase
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter
We are not responsible for any errors, losses, or damages resulting from inaccurate data entry
Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
9. Privacy
Your use of StoreBase is governed by our Privacy Policy:
We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING:
Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information in the App
You assume full responsibility for your use of the App and any business decisions made based on data within the App.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for loss of profits, business data, goodwill, or business interruption
We are not liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
We are not liable for any errors or omissions in business data entered by users
Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any data you submit through the App
14. Apple-Specific Provisions
This agreement is between you and the Developer only — not with Apple Inc.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims
Apple is not responsible for any failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements
In the event of any third-party intellectual property claim, Apple is not responsible for investigation or defense
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
15. Limitation of Claims
Any claim arising from your use of the App must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Updating the "Last Updated" date above
Displaying a notice within the App
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
18. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at admin@storebase.tech.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Developer operates. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against the Developer.
