Understand who needs access, how your team should use records and where to find Storebase’s data policies.
Give people the access their work needs
Storebase has company, store and role permissions. Review those settings when inviting people, moving them between stores or changing responsibilities. Use individual accounts so a shared login does not obscure who carried out the work.
Make review part of the workflow
Agree who enters a transaction, who checks the supporting record and who follows up on a difference. Inspect the permissions and correction process for each workflow before relying on it for a control. Do not assume that every screen enforces the same approval rule.
Ask about your requirements
Our privacy policy describes data handling, providers and account rights. For a purchasing review, contact us with the access, retention or security requirements you need confirmed. Share a description of the requirement, without sending passwords, payment details or private staff records.
