Using a QuickBooks product list to start Storebase
A product export can help with setup. Confirm the file and fields first; this is not a promise to migrate your complete QuickBooks company.
Choose the list you need
QuickBooks Online provides Excel exports for reports and lists. Its official export guide explains the available options. Start with a product and service list rather than mixing invoices, customers and historical transactions into one import.
Check the Storebase scope
The Storebase product importer accepts .xlsx, reads the first worksheet and lets you review field mapping. Confirm product types, identifiers, prices and quantities. Accounting categories, historical journals, tax configuration and attachments require separate planning; this page does not offer a live QuickBooks connection.
Keep the financial handover explicit
Keep your original records and agree a cutover date with the person responsible for your accounts. Check opening stock against the source before using it in daily work. If you need a full accounting migration, contact us with the required scope before choosing a replacement.
